SNS sappers neutralized 205 enemy mines, explosives and ammunition in Kharkiv region
During the day, pyrotechnic calculations of the State Emergency Service carried out surveys of about 8.5 hectares of territory in Kharkiv, Izyum, Kupyansk, Bogodukhiv and Chuguev districts of the region, of which 3200 sq. m. with the help of mechanized demining machines, as well as about 13.8 km of power lines.
Since September 8, 2022, pyrotechnics have surveyed about 2501 hectares of territory, 275.2 km of highways, 1,624 km of power lines, 159 km of railway tracks and 189 km of gas pipelines, where 60 thousand were detected and neutralized. 964 VNP.
In case of detection of a suspicious object or explosive, it is strictly prohibited:
- touch the object and move it;
- use means of radio communication, mobile phones (they can provoke an explosion);
- fill it with liquids, cover it with soil or cover it with something;
- touch a suspicious device and exert sound, light, thermal or mechanical effects on it, because almost all explosives are poisonous and sensitive to mechanical, sound and heat effects.
In case of detection of a suspicious object or explosives, immediately inform the phone number - 101.
