“Frontier”: GUARD OF ATTACK. How it all began
A year ago, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine began the formation of volunteer assault brigades of a new type. During this time, 10 compounds of a new type were created: “Azov”, “Stormy”, “Karadag”, “Fury”, “Frontier”, “Spartan”, “Steel Border”, “Revenge”, “Red Viburnum”, “Charter”.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has launched a special project, which tells about each of the brigades of the “Guard of Offensive”. In this series of the special project, we will show the team “Frontier”. This is the 4th brigade of the operational mission named after the Hero of Ukraine Sergeant Sergei Mikhalchuk. Combat unit of the National Guard of Ukraine.
On February 24, 2022, the company tactical group of the brigade was the first to fight with the occupiers in the area of the Antonov airport - they did not allow the deployment of main forces near the capital. The fighters of the brigade distinguished themselves in the battles near the settlements of Irpin, Guta Mezhyhirsk and Moshchun. Participated in the battles for the Frontier. The soldiers of the brigade staunchly defended Severodonetsk until it was destroyed by Russian aviation and artillery.
“Everything is scary in the war!” - but do not lend the positive to the mechanic driver “Chevy”, he is confident in the upcoming Victory that Ukraine will be able to return all its territories captured by the enemy.
“We will return the legal borders of the country” - the slogan of the “Frontier” Brigade. It is created according to NATO standards, with high-quality selection of fighters and technical equipment.
