Spent 1,3 million hryvnias on the purchase of chairs for shelters: the capital's law enforcers reported on the suspicion of the official
The attacker, being a person authorized to engage in public procurement, purchased inventory for shelters in the capital Dniprovsky district at an inflated cost. Earlier, the woman was informed of suspicion due to the squandering of 460 000 hryvnias on the purchase of vegetable cutters. For the offense, the official is threatened with up to twelve years in prison.
The woman, being in a leadership position, took advantage of her official position and purchased chairs for the arrangement of shelters in the Dnieper district at an inflated price. The official neglected that the commercial offer of the public procurement participant did not correspond to the market, and the terms of the contract were contrary to the interests of the state.

Earlier, law enforcement officers informed the woman about the suspicion of wasting UAH 460,000 of budget funds when purchasing vegetable cutters for shelters at an inflated cost. Then, the court chose the violator a preventive measure in the form of night house arrest for a period of two months, and also removed her from office for the same period.
