The panel of judges of the Krasnohrad district court of Kharkiv region found guilty Moscow resident Kerzhayev Klim Dmitrievich, senior lieutenant, commander of 1 motor rifle company 1 motorized rifle battalion BtGR 15 motor rifle regiment 2 Division 1 of the Panzer Army of the Western Military District of the Armed Forces of Russia in the commission of crimes provided for in Part 2 of Article 15, Part 2 of Article 28, Part 2 of Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Today, December 06, Klim Kerzhayev was sentenced to 15 years in prison by the verdict of the Krasnohrad District Court of the Kharkiv Region.
Recall that the incident occurred in June last year in the occupied territory of the Izyum district. Then Russian soldiers with small arms fired at a civilian car “Mazda”. The couple miraculously survived.
