The calculation of SPG border guards in battles in Luhansk region held positions for 3 days, not allowing the enemy to break through the line of defense
The Ukrainian defense forces, which include border guards, jointly repel the counterattacks of the occupying Russian troops and destroy the enemy's equipment and personnel in all directions.
“When the Rashists have a crumbling defense, they cannot systematically resist. And at this time we are working precisely for the purpose, so as not to leave the enemy chances to advance deep into Ukrainian land,” says border guard Oleksiy, senior director of LNG calculation.
He and his two fellow brothers Dmitry and Denis have been destroying the invaders from the first days of a full-scale invasion. He recalls how in the summer they together in the calculation of LNG took a certain position in the area of Raigorodka, in the Luhansk region.
“Around midnight we received the coordinates on which we had to work out,” says Alexey. “Our calculation made several volleys, fired at a distance of up to three and a half kilometers. In the morning we were proved that according to the results of our work, the equipment and personnel of the enemy were destroyed. We were very happy, because now it is our most important task, which we carry out coherently and stubbornly.”
However, the enemy began to retaliate and began to storm the positions of the border guards. The military recalls that it was just hell: “Enemy drones were constantly “hanging” in the sky, the enemy was attacking our positions from everything possible. The battle lasted almost three days, during which we did not sleep, did not eat. All the time we were shooting at the enemy. But the main thing is that the enemy never managed to break through our defense, and we did not suffer any losses.”
The border guards say that in such moments of fierce battle, they only think about how to destroy as many invaders and their equipment as possible. For behind the backs of our soldiers are their families and children, for whom they bring our victory closer.
