Thus, during the pre-trial investigation, the police established that the defendant, being in the position of the general director of the municipal enterprise of the executive body of the Kiev City Council, without having her own account in the system, several times asked her deputy to search for the information necessary for the “client”.
Having received the results in the form of a diagram of the routes of movement of the vehicle on the computer monitor, the woman photographed them and sent them to a friend.
At the moment, the offender has been reported on suspicion of committing the crime provided for in parts 1 and 2 of Art. 361-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — unauthorized distribution of information with restricted access, which is stored in automated systems, committed repeatedly.
The issue of choosing a preventive measure for the defendant is being resolved, she faces from two to five years in prison.
