The drawing of the picture among the spectators collected 57 thousand hryvnias for equipment for the National Guard
In the live broadcast of the TV program “The Great Lviv Speaks”, a soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine Andriy Sagan drew a picture and decided to play it among the audience for donuts.
Having collected about 57 thousand hryvnias thanks to the generosity of Ukrainians, the unit of the National Guard received five rangefinders, which are very necessary during combat missions in eastern Ukraine.
As the artist himself, who this time depicted poppy blossoms on canvas, has pointed out, his work should remind us of those guys who fight at the front and died so that their memory lives forever.
“Thank you to everyone who donated every dollar. Thanks to your help, our fighters are getting closer to victory,” Andriy said.
Laser rangefinders have already been handed over to the National Guardsmen, they will help them to conduct reconnaissance of the enemy's terrain and objects, determine the coordinates of targets and adjust the fire.
