Russian troops have been fighting in Kharkiv, Sumy and Kherson region over the past 24 hours
Investigators continue to record the consequences of enemy shelling by the Russian military.
Over the past 24 hours, the occupiers attacked Kharkiv, Chuguevsky, Izyum and Kupyansk districts. There are no casualties. Under shelling were the settlements of Volchansk, Chervona Zarya, Udy, Veterinary, Kozacha Lopan, Starytsia, Krasne Pershe, Novomlinsk, Dvorichna, Lyman Prichi and others. Yesterday, the occupiers from artillery and mortars shelled the city of Volchansk, Kharkiv region. Damaged residential buildings. In the village of Chistovodivka, Izyum district, the rocket hit a field near residential buildings.
In Sumy region, the enemy repeatedly opened fire on the border territories. A total of 83 hits were scored. As a result of the shelling, 5 civilians were injured, including 1 child. 47 residential buildings, a school, 2 private motorbikes, as well as power lines suffered damage.
Over the past day, Russian troops attacked the city of Kherson, the settlements of Beryslav and Kherson districts with RSFs, artillery, tanks, aircraft and UAVs. Civilian and residential infrastructure objects were attacked.
The occupiers launched 4 air strikes with guided bombs on the territory of Vesele village, as a result of which the church was destroyed, 17 residential buildings were damaged, 20 garages, a car, and a 60-year-old local resident was injured. In Beryslav, shelling damaged shops and apartments in high-rise buildings.
In the regional center, the territory of the plant and civilian buildings in the city center, in the neighborhoods of HBC, Krabel, in the suburbs and summer cottages along the coastline were hit by the enemy. Investigators and experts worked at the scene documenting the consequences of the shelling. Over the past day, the police opened 22 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes of the Russian occupiers in the Kherson region.
According to all the facts, criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 438 “Violation of the laws and customs of war” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
