Russian occupiers shelled Kharkiv region around 14:00; two people were wounded

On August 14, around 14:00 the Russian military from artillery shelled approximately the village of Bugayivka of the Volchansky territorial community of Chuguevsky district.
A woman and a child were taken to a medical facility with shrapnel wounds. A 62-year-old woman and a 14-year-old child received injuries. The victims were taken to a hospital in Kharkiv city. Damaged residential building and outbuilding.
On the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
