Russian occupation troops continue to fight along the border of Sumy and Chernihiv region
Yesterday, Russian occupation forces continued shelling the Ukrainian border. The enemy inflicted fire damage with the use of helicopters, RSVs, SAUs, UAVs, mortars and small arms.
Over the Krasnopil community, the Russian invaders fired more than 70 shots from the SSR and the SAU.
The Russian helicopter carried out more than 10 missile launches on the outskirts of one of the settlements of the Velikopysarovsk community. Also, the territory of the community was shelled by the Russians with 120 mm mortars.
About two dozen shots from 120 mm mortars were fired at the Khotinsky community, small arms were used.
Enemy drones, flying from Russia, dropped explosive devices on the border territories of Velikopysarovsky and Krasnopil communities. In the Belopil community, the aggressor also tried to inflict damage with a strike drone, which the border guards destroyed. In the same community, Russians attacked from the SAU, in total border guards recorded 15 explosions, and in the evening the invaders used small arms.
On the border of Chernihiv region within the Novgorod-Seversk community, the Russians fired mortars three times a day, in total they fired almost two dozen 120 mm mines.
The Semenivska territorial community near the state border of Ukraine was shelled from mortars and SAU. Recorded 25 “arrivals”.
There was no information about losses among the local population or damage to civilian infrastructure. The data is being clarified.
