Russian army attacked civilian infrastructure of Kherson and Kharkiv regions
Thus, the right bank of the Kherson region was once again under enemy fire, in particular, the settlements of Beryslav and Kherson districts.
From rocket systems of salvo fire, artillery, mortars, aviation and UAVs, the invading troops targeted residential buildings, civilian infrastructure facilities and power lines.
The villages of Zmiivka, Novoberislav, Kizomys and Tryfonivka were subjected to a massive air attack. Missiles and bombs ripped through the field and the beach, guided aerial bombs destroyed buildings on the territory of the boarding house and health complex.
In Kherson, the residential quarters of the coastal zone, the center, the neighborhoods of Korabel, Tavriyskiy and HBK were under enemy fire. Investigators recorded all the consequences of Russian aggression.
Over the past day, the police opened 22 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes of the Russian army in the Kherson region.
In addition, the Kharkiv region was also under shelling last day. The enemy attacked civilian objects with RSVs, mortars and artillery.
During April 17, the Russians repeatedly attacked the city of Volchansk, as a result of which residential buildings were destroyed.
Residential buildings and outbuildings were also damaged in Kozacha Lopan and Petropavlovka villages. And in the village of Zelenyi Hai of the Izyum district, an infrastructure object, outbuildings and residential buildings were damaged.
Investigative and operational teams, experts and explosives technicians worked at the scene. On the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
