According to the decision of the migrants, the Russian woman will leave Kirovograd region by force
During the raid in the city of Svitlovodsk in the Kirovograd region, a citizen of the Russian Federation who is illegally in Ukraine was found.
The 53-year-old Russian woman in February 2022 came to Kirovograd region, in particular to visit relatives. At first, the woman could not leave Ukraine because of the military aggression of her compatriots, but now she will leave by force.
The decision on the forced return was made by employees of the Svitlovodsk department of the Department of the State Migration Service in the Kirovograd region.
The foreigner is brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 203 KUPap, she has already paid a fine in the amount of 3400 UAH and must leave the country within the specified period.
The host party is also brought to administrative responsibility.
