Russians killed two people in Donetsk region and hit three residential buildings in Kherson region
During the day, the occupiers opened fire on the civilian population of Donetsk region 12 times. Also due to shelling, there were three fires in Kherson region.
The army of the Russian Federation attacked 8 settlements: the cities of Avdeevka, Chasiv Yar, Kurakhovka, New York, Severchnoe, the villages of Bogoyavlenka, Galitsynivka, Lastochkino.
The enemy fought with air and artillery. 24 civilian objects were damaged: 20 private houses, garages.
The village of Kurakhovka suffered two artillery strikes. Enemy shells hit two private homes. A 59-year-old woman was killed, her husband and another resident were injured. The White Angel police teams assisted the injured and evacuated them to the hospital.
With artillery, Russian troops covered the North, damaged 16 houses.
In addition, information has been received about the murdered 62-year-old woman in Krasnogorovka, who died as a result of Russian shelling on July 31. Due to active hostilities, the police managed to get to this area in just 5 days. The “White Angels” with the support of the military transported the body to the morgue.
Police and SBU opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
With the help of the police, 89 more people were evacuated, since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation — 86,095 people, among them 10,523 — children, 3,666 - people with disabilities.
Also, the Kherson region suffers daily from the attacks of the invaders. During the past day, rescuers eliminated 5 fires, 3 of which arose due to enemy shelling.
The fire of the roof structures of the building in one of the neighborhoods of Kherson was eliminated. Garbage and dry grass on an area of 2.03 hectares were also burned.
Twice Kherson rescuers were involved in the inspection of residential buildings after enemy shelling, no fires were detected.
