Russians attacked civilians during the distribution of bread on the border of Chernihiv region
Yesterday, the Russian army attacked from a drone civilian residents who brought bread to one of the border villages of the Novgorod-Seversky district.
Peaceful people were distributed bread in the center of the village and at this time the occupiers carried out a cynical attack from a drone. Fortunately, people were not hurt. A car with bread was hit by fragments.
The consequences of enemy attacks were documented by police officers of the Novgorod-Seversky regional police department. Investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the laws and customs of war).
The enemy continues to insidiously fire on the civilian population of the border. So the police are urging people to evacuate to safer communities. If you need help, contact line 102.
