The German Shepherd Dog Warrior and the Belgian Achilles have returned from a business trip and have already begun to perform their official duties in the Rivne region.

Of course, the load on the dogs was significantly less than that of the three police canine center of the GUNP in the Rivne region, but they coped with the tasks assigned to them. The warrior already served in the Kiev region in April this year, and in Achilles it was the first “combat baptism”. The four-legged were entrusted with the duties of finding explosives, ammunition in houses where “neighbors” from the aggressor country lived.

Dog scientists, as part of a combined detachment with specialists of the explosives service, helped to depopulate the de-occupied territories of the Kherson region. Under constant shelling, in forty-degree heat and with full ammunition, they surveyed the territory despite the risk and danger at every step. After all, the occupiers everywhere left behind “garbage”: mines, ammunition and remnants of rockets.

However, the most dangerous find was a part of a Russian Soviet-style missile “Point-U” with a combat part in the form of a modified aircraft bomb. She was found in a field near one of the settlements of Chornobayevskaya TG. Thanks to the joint coordinated work of the police, the missiles were successfully neutralized as safely as possible for the residents of the settlement.
