Rescuers urge parents to monitor children more carefully
The State Emergency Service reminds that parents are personally responsible for the life and health of their children. Do not leave children without the supervision of elders during the summer holidays!
So, on August 25, the Rescue Service “101” received a report about the fire of an apartment in a four-story residential building in the village of Borodianka.
Rescuers of the 31st State Fire and Rescue Department of Borodianka and 36th DPRCH of the city of Borodianka were sent to the call. Irpin.
Upon arrival at the scene, emergency responders found that the apartment on the ground floor was on fire, strong smoke.
At the time of the fire, a mother with a child was in the apartment, who could not leave the room on their own.
The employees of the State Emergency Service entered the apartment, took the boy to fresh air. Fortunately, this time, the story has a happy ending, all persons refused hospitalization.
In addition, yesterday, the Rescue Service received a message from a resident of Odessa that in the mountainous area, at the foot of Mount Khomyak, Nadvirnyansky district, her daughter, born in 2017, suffered a deterioration in health and injured her lower limb and needs the help of rescuers.
Rescuers from the Vorokhta Search and Rescue Department (GPRV), consisting of 4 personnel and 1 unit of equipment, were sent to carry out the search and rescue work.
Rescuers, having arrived at the scene of the injured child, provided first aid, and transported to an emergency medical aid car.
Unfortunately, a tragic case happened in the Nikolaev area, a teenager of 2009 birth drowned there in the pond. Divers of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Nikolaev area and 10 platoon of the State paramilitary mining and rescue detachment of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine discovered the body of the boy 30 meters from the shore.
In turn, rescuers appeal to parents and emphasize that summer holidays for children are an opportunity to gain strength, get better, consolidate the acquired knowledge and use them at home.
