Rescuers quickly provide assistance to people in Kyiv region, there is a threat of flooding throughout the country
Due to the rise of the water level in the Desna River, the village of Pogreby of the Zazymsk territorial community was flooded in Brovarsky district.
Rescuers evacuated a family, consisting of two adults, two children and a dog, who were trapped within their household due to a river overflow at night.

13-17 on the Upper Dnieper within the country, a rise in water levels of 0.1-0.3 m per day will continue with subsequent flooding of floodplains, disruption of transport connections, flooding and cutting off from the main roads, partial flooding of settlements and possible initial flooding of residential buildings by the waters of the Dnieper and Soz in a number of riparian villages in Chernihiv district of Chernihiv region (III level of danger — red).

Due to possible precipitation, on 15-17 April on the rivers of the pools of Xianu, Dniester (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk region), the water level rises by 0.2 - 1.2 m above the current temperatures, without negative consequences. April 14-17, as a result of significant water discharges during the passage of the spring waterfall through the reservoirs of the Dnieper cascade, flooding of floodplains will continue and partial flooding of periglacial territories will be noted in a number of tributary settlements on Kremenchuk, Kamensky, Dnipro reservoirs towns in Cherkas'ka
, Poltava, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region (The third level of danger is red).
It is also possible to initially flood floodplains along the Kakhovsky reservoir in a number of riparian settlements in Zaporizhzhya region (II level of danger — orange).
