Rescuers of Ivano-Frankivsk region found and carried the body of a man from the water to the shore
On June 4, at 00:15 there was a report that while resting on the banks of the Dniester River in the village of Kutyshche, Tlumach territorial community, a man fell from the shore into the Dniester River, and disappeared from sight.
Rescuers from the city of Tlumach and the Diving and Rescue Department of the Special Purpose Emergency Rescue Squad of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service in the region were sent to the place of the call.
Divers at a distance of about 100 meters from the scene found the body of the deceased. With the help of a float, the body was lifted to the river bank and handed over to police officers.
In total, 13 personnel and 6 units of equipment from the State Emergency Service Directorate in the region were involved in the work.
