Missing persons register: What to do if the application for an extract was submitted before September 30, but you did not receive an answer
There is no need to reapply. If a person has already been granted the status of a citizen who has disappeared under special circumstances, an extract from the Register will be provided to the applicant after the application.
The delay in the formation of the extract is mostly due to the fact that the information in the Register is entered with errors. For example, in the writing of the surname, name and patronymic of a person, date of birth, other information. If errors are detected, the authorized person will offer the applicant to provide copies of documents to eliminate inconsistencies. After that, the correct data will be sent to the Register, and the applicant will receive an extract.
