In Ukraine, the reform of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues. It provides for the maximum digitization of services and the reduction of bureaucracy. Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs today provide services quickly, conveniently and reliably. Citizens save their own time, have the opportunity to order documents remotely and receive them even abroad. This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klymenko on the air of the “United News” tele-marathon.

“You can make an order to exchange a license or to exchange a lost one, or to prepare a new driver's license. This is now called a service for which you only need to pay only the fee to the cash register, to the state. No need to come to any service. We have done that in the last six months. This is a joint achievement of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine this year. There was a desire to do this with the whole team,” Igor Klymenko stressed.

In addition, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stressed that as part of the reform in the last four months, 25 heads of regional and territorial service centers were removed from their posts. Those who today apply for new positions after reorganization undergo a polygraph.

“In each regional service center, that is, in each region there is a small unit of internal security. He deals accordingly only with service departments. We continue such implementations in the framework of investigations to identify such persons,” the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted.

According to him, people began to contact more and provide information about extorting funds from them.
