They sold alcohol and worked during curfew: law enforcement officers fined the administrator of the establishment (VIDEO)
The capital's law enforcement officers brought to justice the administrator of one of the institutions of the capital. Despite the restrictions imposed for the period of martial law, the institution operated in violation of curfew and sold alcohol to visitors during prohibited hours.
The police received a message from a media representative about the work of one of the establishments in the Pechersky district of Kiev. Subsequently, the relevant video materials were published on social networks.
According to the decision of the Kyiv City Defense Council, catering establishments are allowed to work until 23 o'clock.
In relation to the administrator of the institution, the police drew up a protocol on an administrative offense under Art. 156 of the Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of 6 thousand 800 to 13 thousand 600 hryvnia.
Preventive work was carried out with the employees of the institution.
Law enforcers once again call on all citizens to observe law and order, not to violate the curfew, which operates in the capital from 00.00 to 05.00.
