March 2022. The defense of Chernihiv region lasted for the thirty-third day. Bloody battles were fought around the clock. Neither day nor night did the enemy abandon the intention to capture Chernihiv. The border guards as part of the Defense Forces did the impossible, the city burned and shuddered from bombs and shells, but held on and survived!
On March 28, at dawn, the border outfit went to the outskirts of the city with the task of holding positions in the area of the bridge. On the way, a car with border guards was ambushed. The vehicle was fired at with a flamethrower and small arms. The border guards hurried and occupied the defense, which they held until the last raid, and then the Rashists resorted to a war crime. A Russian special agent shot a soldier of the State Border Service, looking him straight in the eye. The border guard had blood from his mouth, so the racketeer decided that he had completed his dirty business. In fact, the bulletproof vest withstood the automatic queue and saved Alexander's life.
The fighter fell into the hands of the medics of the Chernihiv detachment with a punctured lung, broken and severed legs, and numerous shrapnel wounds. But the invincible warrior has undergone successful treatment, is recovering. He has already returned to the service and is planning to get married.
