Publicly justified the invasion of the Russian Federation: in Kharkov another accomplice of the occupiers was exposed
From the very beginning of the full-scale invasion, a resident of Kharkiv recognized the legitimate armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and systematically disseminated information about it on social networks.
Since May 2022, the 58-year-old man has published on his page on a public social network information about communist ideology and materials that contain justifications and recognition of the legitimate armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
Also, the man, using his page, which is open for viewing by an unlimited number of users, systematically distributed various kinds of publications in which he actively demonstrated the public justification and recognition of the legitimate temporary occupation of the territories of Ukraine by the armed forces of the aggressor country.
In turn, the investigators of the Kharkiv RUP No. 2 GUNP under the procedural leadership of the Saltivsk District Prosecutor's Office informed the attacker about the suspicion under Part 1, 2 of Article 436-1 and Part 2, 3 of Art. 436-2.
Now the suspect faces up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
