Extending the terms of stay in Ukraine: migrants fined eight foreigners
Seven foreigners and a stateless person were fined by employees of the State Migration Service of Ukraine due to the extension of the allowed period of stay in Ukraine.
A 51-year-old citizen of the Republic of Armenia and a 48-year-old citizen of the Federal Republic of Germany — migrants in the Cherkasy region were brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 203 KUPap and fines were imposed. Both women took advantage of the visa-free regime of entry into Ukraine, which involves visiting Ukraine for up to 90 days for 180.

At the same time, four Russian citizens and a stateless person were brought to administrative responsibility in Chernivtsi. They lived in Ukraine on invalid, expired permits or without any documents at all. In both cases, a stateless person and a citizen of the Russian Federation have grounds to subsequently obtain an immigration permit and a permanent residence permit in Ukraine in connection with the reunion with the family. Their spouses, citizens of Ukraine also paid fines under Art. 205, 206 KUPap for violation of the procedure for registering a place of residence and providing housing to foreign citizens.
