Draft Law of Ukraine “On Monitoring the State of Security in Ukraine” — at the final stage of preparation — Bohdan Drapyaty
In his article for the parliamentary newspaper “Voice of Ukraine”, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Bohdan Drapyaty said that the Ministry of Internal Affairs is working on the legal regulation of the norms of use, including artificial intelligence systems. These changes are necessary for the implementation of the Safe Country project.
“At the stage of completion of the development is the draft Law of Ukraine “On Monitoring the State of Security in Ukraine”. The adoption of this act will make it possible to use technical means, devices and devices on a large scale, in particular, with the functions of photo, audio and video recording. This will provide the possibility of fixing and early detection of offenses and recognition of various objects, persons or vehicles,” Bohdan Drapyaty noted in his article.
“Creating a safe environment in Ukraine is a systematic and complex process. After the victory of Ukraine over Russia, society and the authorities face a significant number of difficulties. These are the next tests that the Ukrainian people must pass with dignity,” the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs summed up.
