The very first thing is to contact any convenient service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in your city. There, the administrator will re-register the vehicle and draw up a contract of sale.
To do this, the seller must have:
- vehicle registration certificate
- passport
- Identification number
The buyer has:
- Passport
- Identification number
After re-registration of the vehicle, the new owner receives a certificate of registration of the car and license plates.

At the request of the seller or buyer, you can conduct an expert study of the vehicle.
