Border guards detained six more border violators
The border guards of the Mukachevo detachment within the framework of the special operation “West-2023" detained six more violators within a day who tried to illegally cross the state border.
Three Transcarpathians and one resident of Ivano-Frankivsk region were detained this morning near the border with Hungary by the soldiers of the Luzhanka department.
Another Transcarpathian soldiers of the same department detained last night. The man tried to escape from the border outfit. To stop him, the border guards made several warning shots.
And on the border with Romania, the border guards of the “Solotvino” branch detained a resident of Kiev region. Dexternik, after overcoming the barrier fence, tried to illegally cross the state line.
In relation to the detainees, protocols were drawn up on administrative offenses, provided for in Art. 204-1 KUPAP “Illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine”, cases were sent to court.
