Border guards detained 15 violators who tried to illegally enter Slovakia
Three groups of offenders were detained by employees of the Chopsky detachment in the area of the village of Palad Komarivtsi. Detainees — 10 men of conscription age and 2 women, turned out to be local residents. One of the groups was detected thanks to the operation of technical means, the other two — during the patrol of border areas.
Three more violators were detained by the border guards of the Onokovtsy branch. On the trail of one of them was led by a service dog, the alarm complex notified the other two. Detainees — a resident of the city of Lutsk and two residents of Kyiv region, tried to make their way through the forest in the dark to Slovakia.
The offenders were taken to the border units. After establishing the circumstances, they will be held accountable under Article 204-1 (Illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine) of the KUPap.
