Border guards in Chernivtsi and Transcarpathian regions detained 84 border violators over the weekend
Over the past weekend, border guards detained 45 border violators in the Transcarpathian region and 39 violators in the Chernivtsi region. All detainees are men of conscription age, originally from different regions of Ukraine.
In particular, the border guards of the Mukachevo detachment detained 38 men who tried to illegally cross the Ukrainian border. Another 7 violators were killed in the area of the Chopsky detachment.
The border guards of the Chernivtsi Detachment eliminated 41 violators, of which two in Ivano-Frankivsk, the rest in the Chernivtsi region.
Within the framework of the measures, according to the materials of the operational and search units of the Mukachevo border detachment, it was possible to eliminate 4 channels of illegal transportation of persons across the border. Border guards sent a message to the National Police about the detection in the actions of the channel organizers of the crime stipulated by Article 332 of the Criminal Code.
In relation to detainees, for attempting to illegally cross the border, protocols were drawn up for men under Art. 204-1 KUPap, cases are sent to court.
It should be noted that cadets of the National Academy of DPSU named after him take an active part in the protection of the state border. Bohdan Khmelnytsky, who are currently undergoing internships in units on the western part of the state border.
Also on August 13, 122,000 people and 21,000 vehicles crossed the western borders of Ukraine with the EU and Moldova.
Last day 55 thousand people left Ukraine. 33 thousand of them crossed the border with Poland, the rest followed to other EU countries and Moldova.
Over the past day, 67 thousand people followed Ukraine, 43 thousand of them are citizens of Ukraine. 12,000 more people followed the entrance than the exit
124 trucks with humanitarian aid were issued.
