Border guards, together with the police, eliminated the production and sale of dangerous drugs
Law enforcers carried out measures to expose offenders in Kiev and Odessa. One of the drug dealers who produced and sent drugs was detained in the capital. His accomplice “worked” in Odessa as a bookkeeper.
Operatives of the Odessa border patrol, together with the National Police, detained the Odessa drug dealer on a hot spot - while receiving the next batch of drugs through one of the logistics companies.
During the authorized search in the Odessa apartment, law enforcement officers found 3.5 kg of Alfa PVP, more than 56 pieces of ecstasy, 90 grams of amphetamine, 100 grams of mephedrone, 100 grams of cannabis, means for packaging and mixing drugs. The approximate cost of narcotic substances seized only in Odessa on the “black market” is about 1 million hryvnias. Previously it became known that the attacker accepted orders through the site and telegram channel, and then sent to customers.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues.
Both drug dealers were detained by law enforcement officers in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The defendants face up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
