Border guards caught on duty agents who tried to illegally cross the state border
In two cases, the border guards of the Podolsk detachment prevented the illegal crossing of the state border and detained eight men who, according to their age, are subject to conscription.
As law enforcement officials found out, all fugitives acted according to the same scheme. The men first found the organizers of the illegal transfer of persons across the state border and contacted the latter through a closed telegram channel.
Residents of Lviv, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk, Rivne regions acted in accordance with the instructions provided.
An interesting fact was that in one case, four people had to pay for such services, already in the territory of a neighboring state, and the other four made a money transfer in favor of criminals from 2800 to 3500 US dollars.
The provided route was of course brought to the border and no one expected to complete it not abroad, but on the territory of Ukraine — in the border unit.
All persons are brought to administrative responsibility under Article 204-1 of the Code of Civil Procedure “Illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border”.
In total, on November 7, 61 thousand people and 16 thousand vehicles crossed the western borders of Ukraine with the EU and Moldova (in the Chernivtsi region).
31 thousand people left Ukraine last day. 19 thousand of them crossed the border with Poland, the rest followed to other EU countries and Moldova.
Over the past day, 30,000 people followed Ukraine, 27,000 of them are citizens of Ukraine.
78 trucks with humanitarian aid were also registered.
