Border guards received 10 cars from the EU
The European Commission (EUAM) assists the EU Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) to deliver aid to Ukrainian border guards On 12 July 2022, the EU Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) dispatched a convoy of 10 vehicles and 2 special vans from its headquarters in Pristina (Kosovo), to support Ukraine and its people in the fight against Russian military aggression. Only recently cars arrived in UkraineVehicles filled with food, clothes, sleeping bags, hygiene products and medical supplies.
“In response to Russia's military aggression against Ukraine, the ECSC supported its partners by transferring materials and equipment, including first aid kits, personal protective equipment and vehicles. The transfer of these vehicles by our EULEX partner mission to Kosovo is a vivid example of how the heroic defense of the Ukrainian people has inspired the entire European community to help and support Ukraine. The ECSC is pleased to transfer these vehicles to the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, one of its key partners,” said the Chairman of the CMES Antti Hartikainen.
