Border guards of the Maritime Guard of the State Border Service shot down a cruise missile

On the night of August 30, the Russian army once again tried to attack Ukraine with missiles and “Shahads”, but the air defense forces skillfully destroyed the enemy targets.
So, one of the deadly strategic missiles, probably the X-101, launched by the enemy, was recorded by the soldiers of the Odessa Marine Guard detachment, performing missile defense tasks.
On the identified target, the border guards immediately opened fire from the available weapons. Then it exploded over the sea.
A total of 28 X-101/X-555/X-55 air-based missiles were recorded, launched from 11 Tu-95MS strategic aviation aircraft from Caspian and the Engels area.
