Border guard Snizhana Usyk since childhood dreamed of becoming a dog biologist
Snizhana Usyk initially studied as an agronomist, but later submitted documents to the Kennel Training Center of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
The girl read a lot, took courses, improved her knowledge of canine.
Currently, Snezhana and her assistant Jetta have more than 10 cases of detection of narcotic substances and psychotropics. Snezhana shares that she has a special first-aid kit even for Jetta.
From the first days of the war, Senior Sergeant Snizhana Usyk was in his unit.
“We acted on the orders of the manager. It was not scary at that moment. I knew that I had to do what depended on me,” says Snezhana about the first hours of the war.
The border guard recalls that at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the dogs reacted to the sounds of explosions, now they are used to it and this does not interfere with their work.
Now, in her free time, the girl is engaged in athletics. Most of all, Snezhana dreams of defeating enemies and finally returning to her favorite service at the airport.
