Border guards Vlada and Marina Alekseyeva won the “gold” of the World Cup in artistic swimming

At the World Cup in Artistic Swimming in Montpellier, France, Vlada and Marina Alexieva became champions in an arbitrary duet with a record total of 370.2791 points.
This is the first gold medal of female athletes in a duet at this year's World Cups. At the stage of the competition in Canada, they twice became silver medalists.
The Alexieva sisters were confidently ahead of the tandem from Japan, who won the “silver”, and the synchronists from Great Britain, who took third place.
It should be noted that Marina and Vladyslava Alekseyeva are bronze medalists of the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. The sisters have 3 gold medals of the World Cup, and 9 awards of the highest category at the European Championship.
