President honors border guards with state awards

On the Day of Defenders and Defenders of Ukraine, the military award “Cross of Combat Merit” was received by Colonel Maxim Balagura, who during February-March 2022 performed combat tasks of repelling the enemy, evacuating the wounded, covering units of the DPSU and the Armed Forces.
The 1st Border Detachment and the 23rd Marine Guard Detachment of the State Border Guard Service were awarded “For Courage and Courage”.
Valery Paditel and Mykhailo Paslavsky received honorary ribbons from the hands of the President of Ukraine.
