President of Ukraine handed certificates for apartments to families of dead National Guard soldiers (VIDEO)
Volodymyr Zelensky presented 30 certificates for apartments to servicemen of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and family members of the deceased Heroes.
In continuation of the initiative to provide housing for servicemen — Heroes of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky presented certificates for receiving apartments to Heroes of Ukraine and family members of fallen soldiers who were awarded this title posthumously.
The certificates were also received by the families of servicemen from the National Guard of Ukraine who were awarded the title Hero of Ukraine posthumously: senior soldier Sergei Zherzhevsky, senior lieutenant Mikhail Chuprin, senior lieutenant Maxim Kagal.
“True memory of Heroes is always based on two elements: a feeling of gratitude and unchanging respect for all that has been done for our country and our people. Ukraine will never lose this feeling and will always be grateful, will always honor its Heroes. Everyone who stood up for the defense of the country. Everyone who became a model warrior. Everyone whose personal choice of courage and heroic deeds helped Ukraine to stand on the path of our independence,” Volodymyr Zelensky said.
