Today, April 30, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky awarded the title of lieutenant general to the head of the State Border Service of Ukraine Major General Serhiy Deynek.
This is stated in the Decree No. 252/2024 published on the website of the head of state:
“To assign the military rank of Lieutenant General to Major General Deynek Sergey Vasilyevich — Head of the State Border Service of Ukraine”.
