Representation of State Enterprise “Dokument” opens a stationary center for citizen services in Krakow
On January 30, 2023, another stationary citizen service center “Passport Service” opens its doors in the Polish city of Krakow.
The new separate division of the state enterprise “Document”, which belongs to the sphere of management of the State Migration Service, will operate at: GaleriaKrakowska, Pawia 5, 31-154 Kraków, Lokalno 6, Piętro 2.
Here, our citizens who are forcibly outside Ukraine during the war can receive the following services:
● simultaneous registration of international passport and ID card;
● registration of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad;
● registration of ID-card;
● exchange of driver's license;
● insurance.
Please note that the acceptance of applications for registration of passport documents is possible both by prior appointment and in the “live queue” order.
Opening hours of the center: Monday-Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
Payment is made directly on the spot - using the online payment service. To do this, you need to have a smartphone and a bank card or bank card details (cash payment is currently not available).
We remind you that in the Republic of Poland there are already 4 separate units of the State Enterprise “Document”: in Warsaw, Krakow, Gdańsk and Wroclaw, where almost 140 thousand Ukrainians have already applied for the necessary documents.
