Law enforcement officers exposed another collaborator in Kharkiv region
During the occupation of the village of Katerynivka, the husband voluntarily agreed to work in the illegal body created by the occupation administration of the aggressor state “the erstwhile Grazhdan administration of the Kupyansk district of the Kharkov region” on the territory of the Ekaterinovsky Starostinsky district Velikoburlutsk settlement council of Kupyansk district of Kharkiv region.
While in office, the 22-year-old attacker collected lists of local residents to receive humanitarian and material assistance from the Russians, followed orders and instructions of the occupation administration on the territory of Kupyansk district.
Police departments No. 1 of the Kupyansk RVP GUNP in Kharkiv region under the procedural leadership of the Kupyansk district prosecutor's office of Kharkiv region in absentia informed the man of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 111-1 (collaborative activity) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The sanction of the article provides for the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of 10 to 15 years with or without confiscation of property.
