Law enforcers stopped another scheme of illegal departure of evaders abroad
Law enforcers established that residents of Chernihiv, under the cover of the activities of a network of enterprises that provided services for international transportation, found “clients” among men of conscription age, who were brought to the “Shlyakh” system as drivers of buses of foreign routes.
The cost of such an “escape” abroad was 3 thousand US dollars.
During the sanctioned searches at 15 facilities within the capital of Ukraine and Chernihiv region, foreign currency, bank cards, internal documentation of enterprises, office equipment, mobile phones and SIM cards, draft “accounting” were seized.
For the organization and illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine, two Chernihiv residents were declared under Part 2 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code.
“Businessmen” face imprisonment for a term of seven to nine years.
