Employees of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will undergo training at the National Academy of Internal Affairs
On March 15, within the framework of a working meeting between the National Academy of Internal Affairs and the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a Memorandum of Cooperation in the Field of Professional Development and Professional Training of Civil Servants was signed.
The signing of the document was attended by the Rector of the National Academy of Internal Affairs Volodymyr Cherney and the Head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Mykola Rudyk.
Representatives of state institutions exchanged views on the prospectfor further cooperation and noted that this Memorandum opens up opportunities for training and improving the qualifications of employees of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
“The purpose of professional development of employees of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is to ensure their constant training, obtaining additional knowledge, skills and professional skills. Therefore, the main task of our cooperation is to train employees of the system of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to work in new economic conditions, to ensure productive work and high-quality provision of public services,” said the head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Mykola Rudyk.
Within the framework of the training, joint scientific-practical conferences, seminars, round tables and other events of educational and scientific orientation in the field of jurisprudence, anti-corruption legislation, management and personnel management will be organized and held.
