Employees of the DMS unit found another Russian who does not want to return to the Russian Federation
Employees of the DMS in the Khmelnytsky region, together with law enforcement officers, identified a citizen of the Russian Federation who violated the rules of stay of foreigners on the territory of Ukraine. He did not comply with the decision of the Yarmolyntsi sector of the UDMS of Ukraine in the Khmelnytsky region of 13.01.2023 on forced return to the country of origin or third country.
On April 25, 2023, the UDMS in the Khmelnytsky region in respect of this citizen of the Russian Federation was decided on forced expulsion outside the territory of Ukraine and the Khmelnytsky City Regional Court of the Khmelnytsky region satisfied the administrative lawsuit of the UDMS of Ukraine in the Khmelnytsky region regarding the detention for the purpose of forced deportation on the spot Ukrainian citizen of the Russian Federation, with the placement to the point of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons illegally staying in Ukraine for a period of six months.
