Employees of the State Migration Service helped the pensioner to issue a passport in the form of an ID-card
Recently, employees of the Pokrovsky Department in Kryvyi Rih of the Main Department of the State Health Service in the Dnipropetrovsk region visited the home of an elderly citizen of Ukraine, who has been poorly mobile for many years and cannot reach the department of the Migration Service on her own.
At her request, the migration officers received all the necessary documents and issued a passport in the form of an ID-card, which was handed to her at home for the Annunciation.
It should be noted that in all branches and divisions of the State Migration Service of Ukraine the most concentrated and dynamic work with citizens is carried out. The war mobilized everyone and made them work quickly, clearly and a lot.
Also, the State Migration Service strictly adheres to the principle of barrierlessness in its work. Evidence of this are cases when the help was received by people who are not able to come to the unit themselves in order to use the administrative service.
