Suspicion of the ex-head of the tender committee of one of the departments of the Kyiv Regional State Administration for losses of UAH 7 million was reported

However, as it turned out later, at an inflated price.
The head of the tender committee of the department before the conclusion of the contract should have studied the pricing policy in the market of medical equipment, but did not adequately behave in the performance of his official duties. As a result, the stationary angiographic system was purchased for 7 million UAH. more expensive.
On the basis of the collected evidence, the former head of the tender committee of one of the departments of the Kyiv Regional State Administration was informed of suspicion of official negligence - part 2 of Art. 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The question of choosing a preventive measure for the suspect is resolved.
The sanction of the incriminated article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of two to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of up to three years and with a fine of two hundred and fifty to seven hundred and fifty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens with or without it.
