Returned to her homeland to be useful: a citizen of Turkmenistan appealed to the migrants in Kyiv
To the Darnitsky Department of the CMU DMS in the city. A citizen of Turkmenistan applied to Kyiv and the Kiev region with an application for the acquisition of Ukrainian citizenship by territorial origin.
Mrs. Elena was born in 1960 in Zhytomyr region. In 1979, together with her military husband, she went to Ashgabat, where she lived most of her life and was engaged in creativity: for a long time she was the artistic director of the musical ensemble “Nyazli”. For many years of fruitful work in the field of culture, she was awarded the honorary title “People's Artist of Turkmenistan”.
Living abroad, Ms. Elena's soul always remained with Ukraine, where relatives and close people remained, so the woman decided to return to her homeland and restore Ukrainian citizenship.
