The official of the State Geocadastre in Ivano-Frankivsk region received suspicion
Transferred land near Bukovel into private ownership: an official of the State Geocadastre in the Ivano-Frankivsk region was suspected. The amount of damage caused to the state is UAH 17 million. As established by the operatives of the Department of Strategic Investigations and investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police, the official alienated land from state property in violation of the law.
The land plots that were located near the ski complex “Bukovel” were transferred to private ownership. As a result of illegal actions of one of the heads of the State Geocadastre in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, the state suffered losses of UAH 17 million.
Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General, one of the deputy heads of the Main Directorate of the State Geocadastre in Ivano-Frankivsk region was notified of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 365 (exceeding official powers) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of up to three years.
