Woman killed and three civilians wounded: Russian occupiers shelled Zaporizhia and Sumy region
During the past day, Russian forces shelled the territory of Zaporizhzhya region with rocket systems of volley fire, artillery, aviation and used UAVs.
In particular, on August 29, the police registered 22 reports of destruction of infrastructure objects as a result of shelling by Russian servicemen.
So, yesterday the enemy carried out 91 artillery shelling. Attacks were recorded in Huliaipol, Orihiv, Zaliznychne, Novodarivka, Levadne, Charivne, Novoandriivka, Malynivka, Novoandriivka, Temyrivka, Novodanylivka, Gulyaypilsky, Zatyshsha, Krasnoe, Bilogirya, Poltava, Olhivsky, Kamensky, Mali Shcherbaky, Stepovy, Plavni, Yegorivka, Pyatikhatky, Lobkov.
As a result of the shelling of Stepnogorsk, a multi-storey building was damaged, the apartments of local residents were destroyed.
In the Polish direction, the enemy used drones, attacked from aviation. Private homes of citizens were damaged. Men aged 38 and 40, as well as a 51-year-old woman, were wounded during enemy artillery shelling of Kamensky Vasilyevsky district, and they were taken to hospital.
Law enforcement officers documented the consequences of all attacks, collected evidence of war crimes of Russians. For all the facts, the investigating police and the USBU opened criminal proceedings.
It is also known about the death of an 82-year-old woman in Sumy region as a result of a night attack by Russian invaders. On August 30, around 1:00 at night, the occupiers from the territory of the Russian Federation carried out artillery shelling of the Shalygin community of the Shostkin district.
One of the shells hit a private house in the village. Svarkovo. Its 82-year-old resident died, and prosecutors in cooperation with other law enforcement officers are recording the consequences of
the shelling. In the future, the materials of the criminal proceedings will be transferred to the Security Service of Ukraine in Sumy Oblast (Region).
