The police of the Kherson region opened 24 criminal proceedings on the facts of war crimes of the Russian army
Russian troops fired heavy artillery on settlements both in the newly liberated territories and along the front line. According to all the facts, the investigating police opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
