Police of Kyiv region seized clandestine excise goods worth more than 120,000 hryvnias
During the exercises to combat the illegal market of excisable products in the territory of the Skvyr community, district police officers inspected more than 20 commercial premises.
According to the results of inspections, law enforcement officers found 6 facts of illegal storage and sale of excisable products and seized tobacco products and about 350 liters of alcohol.
Regarding the offenders, the employees of the Belotserkivsk Department of the Kiev Police drew up administrative protocols for violation of the rules of trade in beer, alcohol, low-alcohol beverages and tobacco products (Part 1 of Article 156 of the Code of Civil Procedure and for violation of the rules of the procedure for conducting economic activities (Part 1 of Art. 164 KUPap) and sent them to trial.
